My story
I am a dance artist with a wide professional experience. I am professionally trained in different forms of dance such as Classical Ballet, Contemporary and Flamenco.
My dance training started when I was 6 years old. To continue my vocational career at the age of 15 I joined the Conservatoire in Spain to study Classical Ballet as well as Contemporary and Spanish dance. My aspiration to become a professional dancer took me to Barcelona to ‘Company & Company’ dance and interpretation centre where I studied until I acquired my Diploma of Musical Theatre.
My first experience as a professional dancer was in a Flamenco Dance Company where the choreographies required a wide knowledge of Spanish and Contemporary dance styles and techniques. My Flamenco experience led me to the most outstanding and recent experience of my career, as a dancer and assistant choreographer in the last production of “La Traviata” at the Royal Opera House. There have been several projects in which I have performed as a contemporary and flamenco dancer as well as an actress, not least including the show “Crystal Me” produced by Livia Rita
I also have professional experience as a Movement Director and Choreographer at the London Fashion Week and other fashion shows of the talented designer Gabriel Vielma among others and in the musical show “Maria Morena”.

I have been teaching Dance for more than 12 years in London, Barcelona and Galicia. I have taught to different age groups; from children to older people. My main teaching experience is in Contemporary dance, classical Ballet and Spanish dance as well as flamenco in addition I also choreograph and teach wedding dance. All these experience made me feel very interested about Pilates to improve my dance technique and my dance teaching now I enjoy sharing my passion and my knowledge using both disciplines to teach how to move efficiently
